In 2012, Coach Hibbitt began working for the National Sports Center as an account executive. While there he worked with Major League Soccer (MLS) before working exclusively with the MLS team FC Dallas. Coach Hibbitt returned to the Indianapolis area and began working for Indy Premier in 2014 as a licensed trainer. Coach Hibbitt trained volunteer assistant coaches and held training clinics for players at Indy Premier. While working with Indy Premier, Coach Hibbitt became the Fishers High School freshmen coach. Coach Hibbitt lead his team from a 1-8-1 record in his first year to an 8-2-1 record in his second. He was then named the Fishers Junior Varsity Head Coach, where he led teams to an 11-3-1 season and a 12-0-4 season.
He left Fishers with a coaching record of 32-13-7 to become the Lawrence Central Head Boys Soccer Coach. Coach Hibbitt led his team from a 1-8-4 record his first year to an 8-6-2 record this year. Coach Hibbitt also started a Futsal league for elementary and middle school at Lawrence Central. In addition to school coaching, he is also a head coach for the FC Pride U13 (2009) Soccer Club.
