Scholarships and Financial Aid

FAFSA Information

All seniors and their parents should be preparing to complete the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid), in order to be eligible for need based financial aid.  The FAFSA is available as of October 1st, and it must be completed by April 15th.  Many colleges have an earlier deadline in order for students to be eligible for all financial aid possibilities.

The website for the FAFSA is www.fafsa.ed.gov.  The FAFSA is required for students to be considered for federal and state grants, loans and scholarships at most colleges, universities and vocational/technical schools nationwide.

College Goal Sunday is a free program that is designed to assist Indiana students seeking undergraduate admission to a college or technical school in completing the FAFSA.  In one afternoon at College Goal Sunday, students and their families can get free help and complete the FAFSA online.  Each school year, College Goal Sunday is offered on two separate dates–one in November and one in February.  For more information about College Goal Sunday, visit the website at www.collegegoalsunday.org.
