The Flashes Innovation Project, The Flash Lights, and The Flash Drives competed at their first Lego League competition at Center Grove. They had to learn to build and code a new robot to do a variety of tasks and tackle some real-world problems with some research and development. The Flashes Innovation Project focused on improving our delivery of packages with a way to secure packages from porch pirates. The Flash Lights worked to reduce jet lag by introducing red lights on long flights to encourage sleep with the production of Melatonin. The Flash Drives developed a Baggage Buddy to pair passengers and their luggage more efficiently. Mr. Peters and Mr. Moore were awarded Best Mentor/Coaches, The Flash Drives was awarded Rising Star, and the Flash Lights is moving forward to the state competition! Congratulations!
