We strongly encourage emails when communicating with HR, not just dropping in at CTEC. Appointments are sometimes necessary to meet with someone in HR. Phone call messages are normally returned within 24 hours.  


Human Resources Data Secretary – Cassandra Dodd

  • COVID Process Coordinator
  • Fields all calls for the Human Resources Department
  • Retrieve and open all mail for the department and distribute to the correct HR representative
  • Answer HR Helpdesk Portal inquiries
  • Administrative Support for Director of HR and HR Department
  • All calls for the HR Director should be routed to the HR Secretary first.
  • Calls from outside the district for the HR Department should be routed through the HR Secretary.
  • Job Description Maintenance
  • Frontline Electronic Filing and Maintenance of documents (Teacher Contracts, PIVOT files, other personnel documents)
  • Update employee Names and Addresses in HR systems
  • Purchase order/invoice input and processing
  • Office supply orders
  • Coverage for CTEC front desk receptionist
  • Assist with New Hire Orientation
  • Assist with other HR duties as needed
