The FTCSC English Learner Department hosted a training that will benefit our ELL population and all students in our school communities. SIOP, or Sheltered Instruction Observation Protocol, is a research-based instructional model geared for the success of ELs with specific strategies implemented in classrooms. SIOP is a part of the Center for Applied Linguistics.
