FCHS Legend Chris DesJean is named to Indiana Basketball Hall of Fame’s 2022 Silver Anniversary team!
Congratulations to FC Graduate and FC basketball great Chris DesJean on being named to the Indiana Basketball Hall of Fame’s 2022 Silver Anniversary Team! Chris was named on multiple All-State teams, 1997 Indiana All-Star, 3-time All-Conference, 2-time All-County, and the 1997 Marion County Player of the Year! Chris led his Flashes teams to three conference titles and the 1996 Sectional Title. He ended his Flashes career with 937 points and 476 rebounds. Chris went on to play at the University of Indianapolis, where he was named Academic All-Conference all four years!
The 2022 Men’s Silver Anniversary Team will be honored at the Indiana Basketball Hall of Fame’s 60th Men’s Awards Banquet on Wednesday, March 23, 2022. Indiana Basketball Hall of Fame will hold a midday reception that is free and open to the public at the Hall of Fame Museum in New Castle. An evening banquet at Primo Banquet Hall on the south side of Indianapolis will follow.
