The FCHS Girls Flashes Cross Country team finished 7th at the ISHAA State Cross Country State Finals this past weekend in Terre Haute. The Girls Cross Country team qualified for state by winning their 21st Sectional Title at Mount Vernon, winning the Rushville Regional, and placing 3rd at the Shelbyville Semi-State. This is the second straight year the FC GIrls XC team has finished as a Top 10 program in Indiana.
The FCHS Boys Cross Country team finished 16th in state at Terre Haute! The Boys Cross Country team qualified for state by winning their 15th Sectional Title at Mount Vernon, 2nd at the Rushville Regional, and 6th at the Shelbyville Semi-State, where 10 of the state’s Top 20 teams competed.
