The Teacher and the Support Staff of the Year from each building/department met with Superintendent Dr. Hibbard and district administrators to discuss successes and challenges in FTCSC, Franklin Township, and education in a roundtable format. These powerful conversations focused on how we promote the celebrations and work together to address the challenges.
