We are very excited to welcome our new #FutureFlashes into our schools for the upcoming school year! Below, you will find all the information you need to enroll your student. Please select one of the following links to begin registration.

Student enrollment at FTCSC is an online process and is not considered complete until the required online forms and all necessary documentation have been submitted to the school. Enrollment applications will not be approved until all requested documentation is provided. Parents or legal guardians must reside within the FTCSC school boundary to enroll their child. All documents must be current, include parent/legal guardian’s name, and list an address within FTCSC borders. For more information, please contact the appropriate school.
Verification of legal settlement/ability to enroll must be provided by a parent/legal guardian of a student seeking enrollment through the following documentation:
Legal Guardian Identification
ONE OF THE FOLLOWING:
- Driver’s License
- Passport/Visa
- Military ID
- State ID
Proof of Residency #1
ONE OF THE FOLLOWING:
(please include a full copy of the document)
- Deed
- Building Permit
- Current Mortgage Statement
- Current Lease/Rental Agreement in its entirety (must be a full copy that includes all pages, lease term, address of the leased property, name and phone number of the lessor, name of the lessee, and a listing of tenants)
- Property Tax Statement
Student Information
BOTH DOCUMENTS ARE REQUIRED:
- Birth Certificate/Permanent Resident Card
- Immunization Records

- Water Bill
- Gas Bill
- Utility Connection Notice
- Cable Bill
- Internet Bill
- Homeowner’s/Renter’s Insurance Bill
***If you are the legal guardian and living with another family member or individual residing in the Corporation’s geographic boundaries and cannot verify residency through a rental agreement, mortgage statement, or current lease contact the school for information regarding a Verification of Residency Affidavit.
